Established in 2004 by Mr. Tarun Garg, Lord Krishna is desperately growing and attained the status of “Star Export House” by the Government of India. It is on the pace of becoming a leading accessories and home furnishing enterprise. Our core team has been associated with us from the day of incorporation. Our collective efforts are enabling us to touch the new skies with the cooperation of our esteemed business partners. We are generating employment for over 50,000 craftsmen reaching out to the most rural ends of India, providing them an opportunity to come out and grow, comprising 90% women. We are committed to serving our customers through design innovation, vertically integrated operations and positive social and environmental business practices.

We have been exporting to 30+ countries and serving as a platform for artisans across India to represent their passionate, lovely and carefully curated artifacts to add their legacy to you and your beautiful home. We nurture many handicraft forms, with many more being added steadily to our list.

The strong foundation of Lord Krishna rests upon its committed core team. Our organisation has multiple assets that help to align and contribute to the business growth. 

OUR “Lord KRISHNA FAMILY” associates with its members from the day back to its foundation. The well-experienced production team consists of a production manager, quality manager, quality inspector, packers and dispatch executives. “Check Work Check” is base line for productions that make the product stand out. “Quality and No Compromises” is our key to customer trust.

We have a rich and experience production team consisting production manager, quality manager, quality inspector, packers and dispatch. All the team members follow “Check Work Check” throughout the process, which makes the product stand out without any defect. We always believe in quality and make sure to deliver the best as there is no compromise with the customer’s trust. The whole process can divide into the below steps:

    1. Quality team: our core team, including the quality manager, quality inspector and quality checker make sure the entire supply chain follows the appropriate way while making any product. There are a few levels at which we inspect the product:
      • Inspecting raw material, as the process starts with the first raw material that we check for quality purposes and then hand over to the production team.
      • Inline quality inspection during the process, at every point, we do the checking to maintain the quality.
      • Pre inspection
      • Final quality inspection
    2. Production lead time: we hand over pre-production samples within ten days from the date of order confirmed and ship merchandise within 30 to 45 days from the date of the sample approval.
    3. Testing protocols: buyer protocols as prominent, we proceed with testing at the raw material procurement stage, following at all further levels to ensure” zero testing issues. “
